My Story

Helping you Develop the Courage to Lead

I am a Professional Coach who has navigated my way through a very non conventional career.  Along the way I worked with great mentors, coaches and confidants that help me shape my path to live my best life.    I'm a farmer, former national lobbyist, Executive Recruiter / Head Hunter and business owner.  My coaching and  consulting practice focuses on developing character based  leadership and helping you develop the courage to truly lead. 

 

In 2002, I  established my own coaching, recruiting, leadership development practice and have worked with decision makers / executives from around the world.  I have built teams within organizations starting from recruitment, progressing to coaching and training and development. 

My focus has always been on helping others achieve the life they want to live.    After all, I do - shouldn't/couldn't you?  I can help you find and action your journey.  

 

I do this by being the trusted 'thought partner'.  I ask tough/though provoking questions, thrive in candour and rely on accountability.  The results are helping you bring that clear vision into view that is key  to find and embrace your personal confidence to plan your career to higher achievements.  It's all about helping you Embrace the Courage to Lead.

When I am not coaching, you can find me walking our two dogs, in the garden or planning that next dinner party.   I live on a working farm near London, ON with my husband Larry and am the proud mother of 3 brave and adventurous children.
