Our Career Transition plans start with our assessment profiles which are  based on competency and character.  We utilize both TAIS [The Attentional and Interpersonal Style Inventory] and LCIA  [Leadership Character Insight Assessments].

Our initial program is based on a 10 hour commitment and expanded depending on your needs.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

It's lonely at the top!    Whether leading  a company, a team or just you, our  Executive Coaching program is focused on providing you a safe , confidential format to think out loud, with a trusted confidant about all the challenges, obstacles, traps and self doubts you may have.   We promise full commitment to your success.

An initial commitment of 3 months is recommended.  We commence with an intake meeting including assessment debrief, followed by weekly or bi-weekly meetings.  ​

CUSTOMIZED TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Genesis offers a selection of unique training programs that are designed to ensure Monday morning implementation.     Utilizing case study methodology, hands on experiential training and always centered around the use of  Socratic Debriefs after each module, Genesis programs are customized to fit to your needs and desired outcomes.  Genesis works with partners that are tried and true to achieving results and they share their skills, methodology and expertise in our training sessions.
