Our Career Transition plans start with our assessment profiles which are based on competency and character. We utilize both TAIS [The Attentional and Interpersonal Style Inventory] and LCIA [Leadership Character Insight Assessments].
Our initial program is based on a 10 hour commitment and expanded depending on your needs.

An initial commitment of 3 months is recommended. We commence with an intake meeting including assessment debrief, followed by weekly or bi-weekly meetings.
