Scott is the President of Summit Team Building – an organization focused on Motivating and inspiring your team. He is also the author of Learning in Thin Air. What sets Scott apart is his ability to scale mountains. Scott is the 51st Canadian to summit Mount Everest and most recently while standing atop Mount Vinson in the Antarctica, he became the 18th Canadian to climb the seven summits, the highest point on all seven continents. Scott demonstrates the tools he uses to find success leading teams in the mountains as the same tools each member of the audience can start to use in their workplace.
