Loretta is proficient in a number of differing psychometric assessments and has been utilizing these with clients for 15 years.  She holds a Masters Certification in TAIS and is a certified provider for the Leader Character Insight Assessment, Birkman Method, Prevue and EQ-I. Genesis is also a distributor for TAIS, Prevue and the LCIA.
